By creating an account or using A-Learn, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

A-Learn is an AI-powered learning platform that generates personalized curricula, lessons, quizzes, and exams based on topics you provide. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use A-Learn to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the service
  • Share your account with others or resell access
  • Use automated tools to abuse AI generation quotas
  • Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights

5. AI-Generated Content

A-Learn uses third-party AI models to generate lessons, quizzes, and curricula. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for verifying important information independently. A-Learn is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All charges are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of the topic descriptions and notes you create. By using A-Learn, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs to provide the service. We do not claim ownership over your content and do not share it with other users.

8. Intellectual Property

The A-Learn platform, brand, and underlying technology are owned by A-Learn and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

A-Learn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A-Learn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of A-Learn after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
